Shipping Policy

Christmas Shipping Dates: Christmas cut of Courier date 16th December 22. Our online store will still be open for purchases from the 16/12/22 until the 27/12/22 but all orders made after the 16th December 22 will be sent on the 27/01/22.

We will be taking a short break from the 28/12/22 and will be back on the 20/01/23. You can still make purchases, But all orders wont be sent until we are back on the 20/01/23

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Your shipments will be sent within 24-48 hours after your order has been processed, deliveries and shipments do not occur on public holidays or weekends. Please note there have been delays with shipping due to COVID-19 so please be patient as we are doing everything we can to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner.

Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed the next working weekday.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an automated message once your package has been sent with shipment confirmation and a tracking number.

Wicker & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at hello@wicker.co.nz Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We Ship World Wide. 

Australia $35 5-10 working days.

Rest of the World $45 10-20 working days.
